Food/Beverage Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Food/Beverage Vendor at Westfield Welcome events!

FOOD/BEVERAGE VENDORS are merchants selling food and/or beverages meant for on-site consumption at the event. Food vendors can sell out of a tent or food truck/trailer. 

There is a $50 Vendor Fee (non-refundable) per event.

NEW THIS YEAR

Please be aware that any Food/Beverage Vendors selling out of a mobile food truck/trailer will be required to obtain a City of Westfield Food Truck License ($150 annual fee). More information about obtaining this license will be provided to approved Food Vendors as applicable.

Please note, there are separate vendor applications for Westfield Rocks the 4th and Parks and Recreation Programs.

  5. Please note that all Food Trailers will be required to unhitch. Please provide the dimensions of your trailer ONLY.
