The Advisory Plan Commission serves the City Council in zoning matters in an advisory capacity. However, they make final decisions regarding reviewing and approving detailed development plans. Advisory Plan Commission meetings offer a public forum for community input on zoning matters. It is the job of the Advisory Plan Commission to facilitate this process.
The Advisory Planning Commission typically meets on the first and third Mondays of each month. Please refer to the meeting schedules below for exact dates and times. Agendas will be posted online by 5 p.m. on Thursday before the meeting.
