 Short-term sign for promotions, events, or announcements.

 Sign placed on or inside a window.

 Sign types not listed above requiring review and approval.

To Submit a Sign Permit Application

Visit the User Account Link via the City of Westfield Citizens Portal to submit or to register.

Required Documents

Please ensure all required documents are obtained and ready to be uploaded prior to submitting the Sign Permit Application. Failure to provide complete documentation will result in processing delays and may result in the application being voided, requiring resubmittal.

  • Elevation of Sign
    (size, materials, color, dimensions)
  • Site & Elevation Plan 
    (scaled, showing and labeling: location of proposed sign(s) and existing signs, dimensions of all signs, dimensions of existing structures, setbacks from property lines, landscape plan for monument signs, dimensions of sign plane)
  • Lighting Details
    (method and hours of illumination), if applicable
  • All Other Supporting Information
    (letter(s) of authorization)
  • Signed and Notarized Certification & Notice of Intent to Comply
