  3. What time is the offense occurring? Please be specific so that officers can monitor the areas at the appropriate time. Do not state, "The offense is occurring all day long." You may list multiple timeframes, such as school bus pickup and drop-off times.

  5. Please be specific. If radar speed display is selected, please understand that the Westfield Police Department has a limited number of speed display signs. Your request for a display sign may not immediately take effect due to the high request for deployments. Speed signs are typically placed for 1 - 2 weeks.
