What is it?

Organizations within Westfield committed to hiring and retaining individuals with disabilities are eligible for this program recognizing their commitment.

How do I sign up?

Membership in the WMCD Workforce Development Partner Program is a three-step process:

1. Employment: Partners should currently employ one or more individuals with disabilities in their workforce.

2. Training: Prospective partners should watch one (or more) of the following training modules created by the Job Accommodation Network:

• Understanding and Applying the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act and Its Regulations
• Effective Interactive Accommodation Process
• Disability Awareness to Increase Your Comfort, Confidence, and Competence
• Assistive Technology in the Workplace
• Ergonomics in the Workplace

3. Registration: After completing a training module, partners should register at this link.
