The Westfield City Council consists of seven members who serve as the legislative branch of the City of Westfield. The members are elected by voters and each member serves a four-year term. The city council meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7 pm. Meetings are open to the public, and held in City Hall, located at 130 Penn Street.
